Stage4. Spatial Coordination
We refine the design, integrating structural and building services, and collaborate with Building Control Inspectors to ensure compliance with the highest standards.
Stage 5. Technical Design
We prepare a comprehensive set of tender drawings and specifications. This meticulous documentation enables accurate contractor pricing and ensures a predictable, well-managed build.
Stage 6. Manufacturing & Construction
Once a contractor is appointed, we take the lead on site. With daily presence, we provide rigorous project management, ensuring the build runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
