Campana House – Parsons Green, Fulham

Campana House in Parsons Green was conceived as a high-quality rental property designed to appeal to the discerning Fulham tenant. The brief was clear: create a home that was light, practical and elegant, with durable finishes and clever storage solutions that would withstand daily use while maintaining a sense of refinement.

The house was taken back to brick and extended at basement, pod, kitchen and loft levels. Each floor was carefully planned to maximise space and natural light, with bright tones and low-maintenance materials ensuring an atmosphere that is both welcoming and resilient. A full audio sound system was integrated throughout the property, and a bespoke wine cellar adds a touch of luxury to the lower levels.

The result was an immediate success. Despite a challenging rental market, the property generated intense interest, with potential tenants overbidding to secure it — a testament to the enduring appeal of good design.

For this project, Emilie Mauran provided project management and interior design in collaboration with Jo Cowen Architects.
