The Pop House- Hammersmith

Located in Hammersmith, this Victorian terrace was taken back to brick and its footprint doubled with a loft, pod, kitchen extension and a new basement. At the heart of the plan is a central atrium with double height glazing that draws daylight through the house and creates a clear visual connection between levels. The effect is calm, open and far more generous than the original shell.

The ground floor flows from a welcoming double living room into a bright kitchen that opens to the garden, with an under stairs pantry to maximise storage. Materials and joinery were chosen for quiet elegance and everyday ease.

The basement is a versatile family layer. A large media room sits alongside a home office fitted with a Murphy bed so the space converts into a comfortable guest bedroom when needed. There is also a bathroom on this level, plus a utility room concealed behind bespoke cupboards to keep the plan clear and uncluttered.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The principal suite is arranged in a loft style with a walk in dressing room and a light filled en suite. Throughout the house, smart storage solutions allow the family to live with clarity and comfort.
