Paris-Le Marais

The client just retired and wanted to renovate her flat to a high standard so she could Air b n b the flat as well as hosting friends and families for the week ends from time to time. The flat in on a split level, the upper part was a WC, bedroom and living, where we added an en-suite bathroom and a laundry cupboard while revisiting all the decors. 

The lower part of the flat had a very un-practical kitchen, a bathroom, a very big landing and 2 bedrooms. We reduced one of the bedrooms in order to create a descent size dining room & created some bespoke storage everywhere. 

The Interior Design and the joinery everywhere was designed by EMR, including the kitchen.
