Full renovation and extension, with new basement, rebuilding of all the rear of the house. Roundhouse kitchen and Very high tech AV system through the house.

The client was a family with 4 grown up children. They wanted to have one bedroom for each child as well as keeping a confortable leaving space for themselves.

Decision was made to have 2 access to the basement in order to bring the kitchen light at basement level as well as giving a sense of space. The glass enclosure has been added to make a separation in case kids are watching TV in the basement while parents entertain at the ground floor level.
