Parsons Green Lane

Due to the low garden levels to properties on Parson Green Lane, our clients wanted to utilise this and incorporate a new Basement Level with half sunken Rear Lightwell with stair access too and from the rear garden. A new Ground Floor Rear extension creates a new open plan Kitchen, Dining Room to provide a large functional space for the family. Innovative and contemporary design elements such as a glazed pivot door, box window and glazed stairs from Ground to Garden Level ensure the property maximises natural light and views out to the garden throughout the house.

The practice worked with the family to develop the layouts and technical design for the project and succesfully managed to get planning application for a type of extension which had never been done before.
