Wardo House – Fulham

In Fulham, EMR Architecture guided Wardo House through the entire process — from securing planning approval with Hammersmith & Fulham Council to handing over the keys on move-in day. The property was taken back to brick, retaining only the side walls and front façade, while the structurally compromised rear was demolished and rebuilt to the highest standard.

At the heart of the new design is a beautiful kitchen, detailed with marble surfaces and bespoke joinery, opening onto a simple yet elegant patio that extends the living space outdoors. The interiors were reconfigured to meet the client’s brief: a comfortable master suite with a generous dressing area, an en-suite bedroom for the nanny, and refined design touches throughout the home.

Attention to detail and rigorous project management ensured that the build was delivered on time and on budget, with workmanship held to an exceptionally high level of finish. The result is a light-filled, timeless Fulham residence where every detail works in harmony — a family home that is as practical as it is beautiful.
