Campana Road

The house was going to rental so needed to appeal to a typical fulham tenant. We kept the light tones, focused on storage and light as well as low maintenance and resistent materials.

 The house was fully renovated, going back to brick, creating new extensions at loft, pod, kitchen and basement levels,

The house also benefits from a great Audio sound system and an amazing Wine cellar.

In a difficult market potential tenants were over-biding to move in, so it was a great successin design!
