Wardo Avenue

We helped the client for the full process from the planning application with Hammersmith and Fuham council until the day they moved in. This house was demolished back to bricks, just keeping the side walls and the front facade. The back of the house was taken down completely and rebuilt as it had some structural issues.

The client wanted a great kitchen with a simple designed patio. A confortable master en-suite with dressing space, a en-suite bedroom for the nanny and some nice design features throughout. We managed to get it all to work, and delivered a house on time and on budget, managing the builders to work to a very high standard of finishes,
